About N.R.S.A.
During the later part of 2007, 12 agencies came together with the staff from the Department of Community and Human Development Neighborhood Services Division to develop a mechanism to bring new programs and services to the chamizal. Through this effort, we formed the Chamizal Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) Collaborative and will begin providing services and support programs to the neighborhood commencing in September 2008. Project Vida Community Development Corporation selected programs and services that match the needs of the community. We encourage you to attend these events and lend a helping hand to our community.
